Pacific scholars and researchers are invited to lead a special issue of our journal. This is an opportunity to curate a collection of critical research and thought-provoking articles on a topic of specialised expertise, and to contribute to the advancement of Pacific knowledge in specific fields of research.
We invite proposals from individuals or teams interested in editing a special issue. Guest editors will have the opportunity to shape the thematic focus, select contributors, and oversee the peer-review process. This role offers a unique platform to highlight emerging trends, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and influence future research directions.
Submission Guidelines for Proposals:
- Proposal Content: Please include a detailed description of the proposed theme, its significance, and potential impact on the field. Outline the scope and key topics to be covered.
- Timeline: Suggest a proposed timeline for the special issue, including deadlines for submission, review, and publication.
How to Submit: Send your proposal to holly.neave@canterbury.ac.nz with the subject line “Special Issue Proposal.”
Deadline: Proposals are accepted on a rolling basis.
We look forward to receiving your innovative ideas and working together to bring new and impactful research to our readers.
